Esto Association is a creative collective dedicated to uniting artistic, design, and research practices. By bringing together diverse perspectives, ESTO creates projects covering the entire creative process — from conceptualization to execution visualy and/or physically —ensuring that every step delivers a lasting impact. ESTO moves across disciplines, engaging in art, creative direction, curatorial work and design, focusing on branding, visual communication, object and spatial design.
Emphasizing the transformative nature of artistic practices, we foster a dialogue on the political dimensions they embody.
Our practice is driven by notions of collectivity and horizontal hierarchy. Our studio, located in the heart of Athens, is focused on our interaction and impact with the neighborhood and other creative entities in the city. Thus, ESTO is also part and initiator of the “A Collective of Collectives”, an initiative that tries to connect independent art spaces in Athens by focusing on resource sharing and mutual support.
With this aim, we prioritize collaborations with art initiatives, non-profit organizations, grassroots groups, and institutions while actively engaging with local communities.
